Clean and pat dry a less than 1 kg whole chicken.Open up into half on one side. Marinade with tomato kechup, chilli sauce, brown sugar, light soya sauce , dark soya sauce, pepper and a pinch of salt (adjust the amount of ingredients according to preference).Rub the chicken inside out with the ingredients and marinade for at least half day in the refrigerator.So you could prepare this earlier whenever you are free. Roast the chicken at 200 degree Celsius for about 35-40 minutes. Simple and yummy too.
